Forever Young BBL: genetic-level skin rejuvenation
Forever Young BBL™ is a non-invasive procedure that rejuvenates the skin at the genetic level.
What if a procedure could slow down the clock of aging and let you look forever young?
This phenomenon was discovered by scientists and proven by long-term clinical studies (5 to 11 years of follow-up), and later confirmed by genetic research at Stanford University.
Forever Young BBL is a type of BBL photorejuvenation with a pronounced anti-aging effect. More about the method - in the photorejuvenation section.
History of the Discovery
In 2012, Dr. Patrick Bitter (California, USA) presented data from a long-term clinical study at the Society for Investigative Dermatology: 15 patients underwent regular BBL procedures over a period of 5 to 11 years. According to independent evaluators, the participants looked on average about 9 years younger than their actual age, with minimal visible signs of aging over the years of treatment. Forever Young BBL is not only a method that allows getting rid of dilated vessels and pigment spots, but also a technique that achieves rejuvenation at the cellular level - cells acquire the properties of young skin cells. Patients looked 9 years younger than their peers, according to the clinical study.

DNA rejuvenation without damaging cells
Scientists at Stanford University conducted a genetic study of the effect of BBL on aging skin cells. The study results showed that the Forever Young BBL procedure changes gene activity and makes aging skin cells functionally similar to cells at a young age. Moreover, the genes responsible for damage and repair were not activated, which indicates that skin rejuvenation by the Forever Young BBL procedure is not associated with cell damage and their subsequent repair. Thus, we have a fundamentally new technique capable of rejuvenating cells without damaging them, unlike most anti-aging methods.
The results of the genetic study were published in the authoritative medical journal Journal of Investigative Dermatology. Read more about the mechanism - Forever Young BBL at the genetic level.
Preparation for the Procedure
Before the procedure, it is recommended not to sunbathe or visit a solarium for 2-4 weeks. The face must be without a tan. You should not take photosensitizers. The doctor will tell you more during the consultation.
How the Procedure Works
The procedure uses the BBL system by Sciton. The doctor places the handpiece on skin areas, moving it from one area to another. The patient feels a pleasant warmth in the skin.
Equipment Used
We use the modern BBL system by Sciton, Inc.; our doctors completed official training in operating the BBL system and the Forever Young BBL technique under the guidance of Patrick Bitter, Jr., MD in 2012 in Las Vegas and in Barcelona in 2013.
Post-Procedure Recommendations
After the procedure, it is not recommended to sunbathe for 1 month; it is necessary to apply SPF 30+ cream. The doctor will give more detailed recommendations during the consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many procedures are needed?
The course consists of 3-4 procedures at 2-3 week intervals.
How does Forever Young BBL differ from regular BBL photorejuvenation?
Forever Young BBL is a type of BBL photorejuvenation with a pronounced anti-aging effect. Unlike regular photorejuvenation, which addresses existing signs of photoaging (pigment spots, vessels), the Forever Young technique targets skin rejuvenation at the genetic level: according to genetic research at Stanford University, it changes gene activity and makes skin cells functionally similar to young ones without damaging them.
How often should the procedures be repeated?
The anti-aging effect is achieved precisely through regularity. According to the long-term clinical studies by Dr. Patrick Bitter (5 to 11 years of follow-up), patients who underwent Forever Young BBL courses year after year looked on average about 9 years younger than their actual age. Therefore, the procedure is recommended to be repeated regularly, in courses of 3-4 procedures.
